1. General Policy

ATLAS HUBS LLC provides digital services, subscription-based systems, software access, and service-based solutions.
Due to the nature of digital and non-tangible services, all payments are considered final and non-refundable once the service has been delivered, activated, accessed, or work has commenced.

By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may ONLY be granted under the following conditions:

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer decision change

  • Customer no longer needs the service

  • Misunderstanding of service scope already delivered

  • Delays caused by third-party providers (hosting, payment networks, ISPs, etc.)

  • Failure due to incorrect customer configuration or external factors

If eligible, refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

3. Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for previous or current cycles.

  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

4. Service Modifications & Delivery

Once work, configuration, setup, or delivery has begun, the service is considered rendered even if not fully used by the customer.

For custom development, consulting, or tailored services:

  • Work hours, strategy, design, or system configuration are non-refundable.

  • Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once planning or production begins.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a dispute or chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services

  • Block access to platforms or licenses

  • Report fraudulent claims to processing networks

  • Recover losses, legal fees, and damages

Clients must contact us to attempt resolution before initiating a dispute.

6. Processing Time

If approved, eligible refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on bank or payment processor timelines.
